Stand For Animals

Background

Stand For Animals is a non-profit veterinary practice whose mission is to make high-quality spay/neuter and veterinary care affordable and accessible to all pet owners. We worked with them to develop a custom software application that helps manage the vast number of daily appointment requests received.

After understanding the unique factors that determine appointment availability, we created an algorithm that combines customer input with inventory and management data to determine applicable dates and times for pets to receive care.

The software application provides comprehensive management capabilities to staff for its back-office needs and a simple, easy-to-use front end to schedule vet appointments. The scheduler reduced appointment requests via phone by 70%.
